A semi-evergreen (evergreen in all but the harshest winters) large shrub .It has narrower, pointed dark green leaves and larger panicles of flowers. it is an excellent wildlife plant. Fast growing, if it is clipped regularly it will make a good dense hedge. This plant has found its way into landscapes across the world due to its adaptability and aesthetic appeal.
