Here at NBATAT, we’ll always do our best to make sure you receive your order in the shortest amount of time possible. This process typically takes between 3 to 7 working days unless otherwise specified – some items may take more or less time to deliver.
Once your order has been placed, a customer service representative will contact you to communicate and coordinate the time of delivery.

In some cases an alternative rate will be charged for the shipping of orders based on the weight of your products and/or the size of the products.
In some cases delivery charges will be waived.
If an order exceeds the capacity specified for the areas above, the cost of shipping will be communicated to you by our customer service representative when coordinating the time and date for delivery of your order.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on backorder, we will proceed with shipping you the part of your order that is in stock. When the missing item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second part of your shipment.
