HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Please email info@nbatat.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- Once you have received your tracking number you will be given a shipping address and you will be required to ship your returned item.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return along with the tracking number and the original receipt.
SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Some items can not be returned.
These include:
- All plant types
- Clay pottery
- Third-party items.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.
