Dolichandra Unguis-cati

The cat’s claw plant is one of the famous climbing plants, as it climbs by means of tendrils, and it has compound leaves, and some leaflets mutate into tendrils divided into three parts resembling a cat’s claw.
As for the flowers in the cat’s claw plant, they are single, large in size, tubular in shape, the circumference of the flower reaches about 10 cm, and its length is about 7 cm, bright yellow in color.
The cat’s claw plant blooms during the spring and summer seasons. As for the fruits, they are leathery horns, and the length of the pod is about 20 cm. It opens at full maturity to allow the seeds to spread.
