Star Cactus (Astrophytum)

Characteristics:
This small plant can grow up to 30 cm and may reach up to 1 meter in height. Its leaves are rosette-shaped, bluish-green in color, and thrive in direct sunlight, yielding excellent results. The leaves are thick and very wide, measuring approximately 20 cm in length, with spines at the tips. The plant produces terminal flowers that grow in branching clusters, with crystal and red-colored blooms. It flowers every season, even into early winter. Its growth is compact.

Watering:
Water moderately, as this plant is highly resistant to dry seasons. However, during summer, increase the watering frequency slightly, and always wait for the soil to dry out before watering again.

Fertilization:
Fertilize once a month during the growing and blooming periods.

 Lighting:
Requires full sun or partial sunlight to thrive.

 Temperature:
Ideal temperature range is between 15°C and 35°C.
