It is a showy green ornamental grass that is native to open, scrubby habitats in East Africa, tropical Africa, the Middle East and south-western Asia.
Nerium oleander beautiful, large, flowering shrubs, that needs little care . Nerium grows to 2–6 metres (7–20 feet) tall. Oleanders grow at a medium to rapid pace. Oleanders flower from early summer until mid-autumn with large clusters. Colors range from pure white through pale-yellow, peach, salmon and pink to deep burgundy red. The leaves are smooth, dark green, thick and leathery. They are long and narrow. They are very heat and drought-tolerant once established, and will grow especially well in seaside gardens, tolerating salt spray and wind.It grows best in full sun. It tolerates partial shade, but may have a lanky, open shape. it tolerant of many different soil types, but must have good drainage. They will not do well in wet areas. Oleanders are very drought-tolerant once established, but respond well to occasional deep watering. It is widely used in the landscape in the Mediterranean region and in Egypt. It is used to create flowering shrub fences or is planted in groups with other shrubs and you can use oleander as a pot plant.
